Of the many reasons Kathy Petrino loves to write about her extensive travels, none cam possibly be more important than her desire to teach people how to have the best travel experience possible. She likes to entice them with her favorite haunts because that’s how they thrive. The more people visit, the more money they make and the more likely it is she will be able to visit often. Of course, Kathy Petrino also wants those who read her blog to make fewer missteps, because she’s generous.

One of Kathy Petrino’s favorite destinations is Florida’s Emerald Coast, which sits on the state’s northern Gulf Coast. For years, the region was known as the “Redneck Riviera,” but that name has fallen by the wayside in recent years, as celebrities and “beautiful people” have visited in droves and transformed the motley assortment of beach towns and resorts through revitalization. Now that is it referred to as the “Emerald Coast” of Florida, many savvy investors have built lots of new hotels and condo complexes, including first-ever five-star resort in the region, Henderson Beach Resort. During this boom, the town of Seaside has become one of the most beautiful and eco-friendly towns in Florida. Everyone should see it now.

Kathy Petrino works very hard as a travel blogger, and that is a good thing indeed. Her readers often get a lot of great insight on the places she visits, which means they are more likely to have a great trip when they follow the trail she blazes. It is, in fact, one reason Kathy likes to travel; shelike to write about them in a way that makes it possible for other travelers to have a great time and avoid some of the pitfalls that plague some trips. One of the best destinations, in Kathy Petrino’s view is Las Vegas, Nevada.

The gambling isn’t the reason Vegas is one of Kathy Petrino’s favorite places to travel. It is because it is a lot of fun for everyone. In fact, a lot of people don’t got to Las Vegas because they don’t like to gamble and she feels like they’re missing out. Put simply, there is a lot of entertainment in the city that is either free or very inexpensive and don’t require you do gamble in order to enjoy them. Take the free circus acts on display at Circus Circus, for example. All day and every evening, you can see excellent circus acts that are great fun for adults and kids. The sights are free and very impressive. You can see the canals of Venice at one hotel and the Eiffel Tower at another, with a miniature Manhattan skyline at yet another. The Stratosphere Tower features death-defying amusement park rides that seem to stop in mid-air. Kathy Petrino also notes that, if you think Vegas is cool from the sidewalk, you should try a helicopter tour. They’re inexpensive and make everything seem even more impressive.
